Sportsmen’s Rights
- I value Idaho's strong family traditions regarding hunting and will work to ensure the opportunity exists for our future generations.
- I would work towards the expansion of "Access Yes" in order to secure more land for hunting fowl and larger game.
- As growth in our area continues, the protection of our sporting rights becomes paramount.
- I will work to ensure the preservation of existing shooting ranges and the promotion of additional ranges for archery and shooting sports.
- Open up other areas of opportunity and extension of trail systems for motorcyclists, horseback riders, bikers, and hikers in Canyon County's open spaces.
- Work with the Idaho Department of Fish and Game towards a more progressive hunting and permit application process.
- Collaborate with the Idaho Department of Fish and Game to promote more frequent and extensive youth hunting and fishing opportunities.
- I reject outside intervention from the federal government and issue-specific groups in regards to our ability to manage our water resources.
